This morning, great new GP.

I rarely feel this compelled to leave feedback or reviews, but I was so impressed by the doctor in my appointment this morning that I want to state it publicly.
She was very kind, friendly and attentive and didn't make assumptions or make the consultation feel rushed or under pressure.

(The problem I am having right now is a physical ailment, to do with my hands.) She talked through several options of what it might be, and explored the symptoms out loud with me, guiding me through what and why she was ruling out somewhat. She also checked my hands, and tried different pressures etc. I found her process very reassuring, well-rounded and honest. She left enough time too to go through the 'flags' on the system for my record, blood pressure etc, so I was impressed with her time management too.

I gathered she was a new/recent GP in Blithehale Medical Centre from conversation, and am very happy to have been seen by her today. I think I will try and get an appointment with her in the future. I'm never picky and never have asked for the same doctor again as I trust all the GPs in this centre, and urgency tends to take precedent over choice.

This was a helpful and inspiring encounter with a GP and made a good start to the day.

Very good experience

I’ve only had good experiences at this GP practice with friendly helpful staff. I really appreciate the quick response to online queries and telephone appointments instead of having to come into the surgery-thank you!!

Excellent surgery

Switched to this surgery from Strouts Place and it is much better. The doctors have all been excellent and proactively follow-up when needed. They take extra caution when children are the patients too. Getting an appointment is relatively easy and I've never had to wait too long. The nurse practitioners have also been great. The online portal is also handy although not always 100% reliable. However, in general the practice makes good use of new technology for patients' benefit.
