We are improving the way we communicate with our patients.
We are encouraging our patients to use the NHS App which allows us to communicate better with our patients. If you have the NHS App, we can send you appointment reminders, send you documents, etc.
Email Address
We are going to communicate with you where relevant via email. Please ensure you have an active email address on your records so that we can send you relevant reminders, practice information, and medical information.
From 9th December 2024, we will go live with email communication.
