The surgery will be closed on Monday 5th April 2021 as it's Easter Monday.

We have a Patient Participation Group meeting on the 6th of May at 4PM. Please contact us if you would like to be involved.

The sugery will be closed on the 15th of April and 18th of April for Easter Bank holidays.
02/05/2022
The surgery will be closed on Monday 2nd of May 2022 as it's Early May Bank Holiday.
30/05/2022
The surgery will be closed on Monday 30th of May 2022.
19/09/2022
In line with NHS England Guidance Blithehale Medical Centre will be closing for the Bank Holiday on Monday September 19th.
This Bank Holiday has been confirmed by the UK Government following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
In the case of an emergency please call our usual number 020 7739 5497 and you will be put through to our Out of Hours Service. The practice will be open as usual on Tuesday September 20th.
