Repeat Prescriptions

If you need a repeat of medication the doctor has already prescribed for you, please give us two working days’ notice.

We would also like to ask that you only order the medication you actually need rather than automatically ordering everything that is on your repeat prescription.

Repeat dispensing requests are best made by using the slip provided. They may also be ordered online via the link at the top of this page (registration required); please still allow two days for requests.

Repeat Prescritions will only be taken over the phone for house bound patients.

 

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
